The Organization Dashboard capabilities in LeanKit Kanban provide a great high-level view of the health of all you projects within your organization.  This view visualizes recent trending information across many metrics within your organization.  These trends allow organizations to recognize problems as they occur so that corrective actions that can be implemented.  In addition, LeanKit Kanban provides Organization level diagrams based on Cycle Time and Activity Workload Distribution. The Organization Dashboard provides trends across the following categories:  Activity, Work Item Distribution, Efficiency, and Warning Indicators.

Accessing the Organization Dashboard

To access the Organization Dashboard, click on the Dashboard tab located in the top level menu.

Using the Organization Dashboard

The Organization Dashboard four categories of metrics:  Board Activity, Work Item Distribution, Process Efficiency, and Warning Indicators.  Each of these category, include metrics pertaining to these categories.  The top level metrics represent the aggregate values across all Boards.  Expanding these metrics will display the associated metrics for each of the Boards. Note: Hovering over the metrics will display a detailed graph of of the trends for that last seven days.

Activities

The Activities section contains metrics that show the general activities across the Boards.  These metrics include the number of work items created and work items moved on all the Boards.

Distributions

The Distributions sections demonstrates the metrics showing how work items are distributed within the Boards.   These metrics allow you to monitor the size of the organization's Backlog, amount of Work in Process, and the growth of completed items in the Archives.

Efficiency

The Efficiency section provides metrics related to the statuses of work items within the Boards.  These metrics show how many work items are Completed, In Process, or Ready to be processed.

Warning Indicators

The Warning Indicator section provides information about issues that may indicate problems that need to be addressed.

Organization Analytics

In addition to the Dashboard metrics, the Organization Dashboard also provides Organization Analytics demonstrating the Aggregate Cycle Time and Activities Distribution.
