Boards that are no longer in use can be Archived.   Archiving a Board will remove it from the default Board listing view and will prevent it from being considered in the Organization Level analytics.  Archiving a Board does not delete the Board or any data associated with that Board.  You can always un-archive the Board at any time on the future.

Archiving a Board

To archive a Board, navigate to the Board Administration Details page by clicking the Admin icon associated with the Board you wish to archive.  By default, this will open the Details page.
On the Details page, simply check the Archived checkbox and click the Save button.  This will archive the Board.

Un-archiving a Board

To un-archive a Board, you must first set the Board Listings page to display Archived Boards.  To do this, click the "Show Archived Boards" label within the Board Listing page.  After doing this, the Board Listings will include any Boards that have been archived.  (Note:  Archive Boards will be denoted with higher level of opacity)
Navigate to the Board Administration Details page by clicking the Admin icon associated with the Board you wish to un-archive.  By default, this will open the Details page.
On the Details page, simply uncheck the Archived checkbox and click the Save button.  This will un-archive the Board.
